St. James' Sports Day 2024 - Glorious weather, so many parents and the children were fantastic. A big thank you to staff and especially Ally from Teamtheme who organised this amazing event.

St. James' Church Christmas Bazaar - Singing Christmas Carols and songs with the St. James' CE First School and Nursery Choir
Children in Need - Dressing up in our PJs to help raise money for Children in Need
Books at bedtime- Stories and hot chocolate enjoyed by all at our annual books at bedtime evening in school
Our New Librarians reading stories to each class in school in our newly refurbished library
Rock and roll time at the school disco - All years enjoyed a fun packed afternoon of music and dancing
The Day the Eggs Arrived at St. James'
Harvest Festival Worship - We celebrated Harvest Festival by singing songs, telling the story of the Little Red Hen, talking about our favourite foods and reading harvest poems and prayers. Reverend Simon joined us in our celebrations. A big thank you for all of your donations for the Trussell Trust.

Celebrating the Coronation of King Charles III at St. James' - Biscuit Decorating
World Book Day 2023 - The school and nursery spent a wonderful day in their costumes, making bookmarks and reading their stories to each other.
Pancake racing and pancake cafe - Celebrating Shrove Tuesday with racing in the playground followed by pancakes with lots of delicious toppings.

Grand Pond Opening - We had a wonderful sunny afternoon celebrating our pond opening and enjoying refreshments and games provided by the FSJ.
Hooray for Sports Day - Lovely day attended by so many family members. The children had a great afternoon and thank you to the FSJ for the ice creams and lollies.
