| Mrs Teresa has worked at the nursery for many years and has a wealth of experience in early childhood development and learning. She is very proud to manage such a vibrant and busy nursery where children come first in all that we do. |
 | Mrs Alison started her time at St. James', by volunteering and has now been working for the nursery for many years. She enjoys watching how the children change and grow over the period of time that are with us. |
All staff are First Aid and Health and Safety trained as is required by the Early Years Foundation Statutory Framework and all take part in on-going training courses, keeping their skills up-to-date.
All staff have clear DBS checks. Staff are involved in continuing their professional development by gaining qualifications or attending Dorset Early Years Support and Holt Heath Teaching Alliance short courses to keep their professional knowledge up to date.
